Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Life OS, operated by Javier Hernandez, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no lengthy questions.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. To request one:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used at checkout.
2. Open the transaction and choose "Request a refund", or
3. Email support@calm-life-builder.lovable.app and we'll help start the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Renewals & cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan or via the Paddle customer portal linked from your receipt email. Cancelling stops the next charge; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved by a refund within a day. See Paddle's Refund Policy for the full merchant-of-record terms.
