Life OS ("the service", "we", "us") is provided by Javier Hernandez, a sole proprietor trading as Life OS. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you're using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. One account per person. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Don't use Life OS unlawfully or to store/transmit content that is abusive, infringing, or harmful. Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, exfiltrate other users' data, upload malware, probe or scrape the service, reverse-engineer it, or resell or redistribute it.
You own everything you put in. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. All software, branding, and documentation remain our intellectual property.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.
Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan; access continues through the end of the paid period. Current prices are on our Pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Applicable taxes are added by Paddle at checkout based on your billing location.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination you may export your data for 30 days before it is deleted.
Life OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Javier Hernandez's place of residence, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there, without limiting mandatory consumer rights available to you locally.
